Catering Policies
| We require a deposit totaling 50% of the quoted price in advance to reserve your event date. The remaining balance will be due upon our arrival. If another party shows interest in the date prior to a deposit being made, the original inquirer will be given the "First-Right to Refuse." All quoted prices for catering are for Buffet Style service. There is a 50 person minimum. Disposable plates, flatware and napkins are included. Food warmers and serving staff will be provided. All quoted prices for delivery are for Drop-Off service. There is a $250.00 minimum with a $25.00 delivery charge. Food will be brought in disposable pans and laid out for you. Food warmers and serving staff will not be provided. We will deliver the food, set it up and leave. The payment methods we accept are: Cash, Check ***Please note that we will take personal checks for the deposit only.*** Business/Company checks are welcome. |
